SPAM sent though Skype. Spyware, malware or virus?

This message just popped in Skype chat window today:

What is it?
It appears to be another rouge program posing as security scanner. Scam!

  1. So what to do? I clicked the link and this "scan" occurred. Did this do anything to my computer? If so, how can I fix/remove its effect?
